Great easy option with fast setup. Ready from box to desk in 20 minutes.

A purple line started appearing on the screen after a couple of weeks’ use. Also the mouse needs to be really close to the computer for it to work smoothly. I planned to use this one for work and I work for more than 5-6 hours daily and mouse was cussing a lot of delay. So returned it for another desk top.

Beyond Disappointment!!!! Paid for Open-Box excellent and received the all-in-one component packaged in a large brown box with protective wrap and a sticker saying it had been “wiped”, No manual, No original box, No keyboard, No mouse, and a power source for a dell-pc. Are you kidding me?? Luckily for me, this was replacing a previous purchase my daughter had broken and I had the other missing components. I should have just paid to replace the slab. This purchase was a complete joke! I will never purchase from Best Buy again!

My Husband and I purchased this computer and two weeks later we noticed the computer screening kept going off and on. We brought the computer to Geek Squad because as they suggested that we pay for the $200+ plan for their support. Well so much for the support; Geek Squad had no clue of what to do let alone Best Buy pretty much told us too bad, "You bought it so deal with it." So, we are not happy with the compute, we bought a lemon. We even contacted HP and they didn't even help us. Thanks Best Buy and HP for nothing.

Worse product I ever bought. Don’t buy this expensive computer. In less than a year it started to show dark cicles around the speakers.

Quick, easy, simple set up. Wireless key board and mouse are not only convenient to use but also have a neat appearance. Screen quality, graphics and color resolution is excellent. Built in speakers by Bang and Olufson give excellent sound reproduction. Windows programs are responsive, as well. My needs are simple, yet I am overall, very pleased.

Happy with the sleek look but was not aware of the limited storage space. After 2 months had to purchase an external hard drive to free up storage space.

I bought a cheaper version of this computer and was disappointed. Not as fast and smaller. Very slow. I read the reviews on Best Buy and thought how can this be any better? It is the same brand. However, the reviews were excellent and I see why. I had to purchase one to work at home for quarantine. It is super fast. It has touch screen if you like too. It is sleek, chic and super simple to hook up. I have NO ability to hook up anything electronic and I did it! It walks you through it. I couldn't be more happy and have told everyone about it. My only cons are that i cannot get the camera and microphone to work. I lifted the camera up in the back. It will not come on. They are greyed out on my Teams calls so I have to use my cell. Still this computer packs so much speed with no lag so I am sold! I love it. I wish it was a few hundred less though. For me, it was a lot to spend, especially during this pandemic, but I have to work.

Overall, A good experience with this computer after 3 years it is showing it age a bit. It has a tendency to over heat in our office at least once a month. ( It will make a loud alarm noise ) but the computer run fast and the screen is beautiful. My mom uses it for her work from home job and all the applications up loaded fine with no issues.

I purchased online the HP Pavilion 23.8 Touch Screen All in One computer. It is a great computer for the price and capabilities. The screen is huge and the keyboard is soft to the touch and you can type really fast on it. I didn't realize how outdated my prior computer was until I got this one. It's also fast it gets you to websites really quick. The only small drawback is it does not have a CD Drive on it. My son told me most computers no longer come with that. I called Best Buy and they said I could buy one starting about $25. So I will purchase one eventually since I have CD's. It also works well for my business needs as well. I am very pleased with this computer and I recommend anyone purchase it.

I bought this computer 3 years ago and it’s still working and running strong. I use it for school, work, and to play the sims 4.

If you are looking for a great basic computer for internet usage, homework, netflix/youtube, and lite gaming, this computer will work for you. Comes very well packaged, easy to set up. Be very careful of the wireless dongle for the mouse and keyboard though, as it can be lost in the packaging very easily. The sound is good with built in speakers. The location of the USB ports can be troublesome if you use thumb drives frequently. The wireless keyboard and mouse included are comfortable and work well. Keys on keyboard are low profile and dont require much pressure to activate. Windows set up is easy with the cortana wizard. Comes with typical programs that wont bother most people, but mid range users will want to get rid of them to reduce annoyances and increase performance.

Overall love it. Kinda looking to buy another one. Just because I know after 5 years it’s just… time. No real reason.

Just got this new 23.8 inch all-in-one HP desktop with 12 GB memory, and all I can say is "Wow!" My Sony all-in-one lasted 11 years with no problems, but it was too outdated. The HP doesn't have a lot of storage but that makes for a super fast startup. No DVD player either, but I didn't use the one on my last computer. The display is just gorgeous. You don't need Alexa as it has its own assistant named Cortana. I did add a really nice TDK stereo speaker as I love to listen to Youtube music. The white color and design are so sleek and pretty, and the camera slides down into the computer should you want to keep from being videoed. For only $799, I'm in love...

When I went to Best Buy to upgrade my Windows 7 compatible computer to a Windows 10 application I was quite nervous and really didn't want to spend the money. However, with the assistance of the Sales Staff at Best Buy they pointed me in the direction of this HP - Pavilion 23.8" Touch-Screen All-In-One - Intel Core i5 - 12GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive - Snowflake White. More money than I wanted to spend. But I am very happy with its speed and performance. Was also nervous about the move to Windows 10. This system makes it an easy transition. Still learning but very happy so far.

I purchased this computer for my parents and they love it. The Touch screen makes it easy for them to access and use programs. They also like how big the screen is and that there's no separate CPU box taking up space. The minimal look and clean lines of this system add an aesthetic component to a solid working computer with lots of features and a huge amount of memory. It was also easy to install. Based on their feedback, I highly recommend this computer if you're looking to purchase a first-rate desktop computer.

Very easy to use. Love the speed, love the way the camera can be lowered behind the screen. Easy to setup, everything installed quickly. I am very impressed. I bought it to replace an aging laptop, and wanted to go back to a desk top. I could not have picked a better computer. I have worked from home for over 30 years and this is the best computer I have ever had. Love the wireless mouse and keyboard, no wires to get in the way and take up space on my desk. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fast, reliable computer.
