I have purchased several computers in my lifetime and I must say that this is one of the BEST that I have owned. It is fast, efficient, sleek and I LOVE the curved screen. I would certainly purchase this again if it were available.

It was a great price for the product. We love it. We looked at other stores but this was the best price for the product. It was a easy purchase. The salesperson was knowledgeable and we were in and out in a very short time. We didn't have to look for someone to help us with our purchase. Will go back again the next time we need electronics.

This all in one performs well. We have had it for a while and it is used quite a bit. the only issue that keeps it at a 4 instead of a 5 is that HP went through a period of several months when they could not or did not keep up with Windows 10 updates, specifically with drivers. That is the story we got. Made printing impossible every few weeks. Lots of time on the phone and lots of manual updates. All has been fine for last few months so...finger crossed.

This computer is amazing! big screen and easy to set up.

Set up was very easy - I love the new voice prompts - they were very helpful when setting up the TV. The only downside was not being told to keep the TV upright when transporting it home. I did a search and found conflicting advice on this issue. Luckily we had no issues, so I'm thinking it was geared more towards larger TV's.

I finally "caved" and replaced my old HP with Windows Vista (yep, I am kind of old). :) I postponed setting it up, but ultimately decided to tackle the job while watching football on Sunday (fantasy football and all, you know). It went VERY well, even the part about getting the Norton security set up through our Xfinity account. And this time, I remembered to totally uninstall the McAfee that came with it. I think my failure to do that with my old computer caused some problems. Anyway, I took advantage of a great EARLY Black Friday sale (saving quite a bit). I love Best Buy, both for the quality of the products I have purchased AND for their reassuring return policies. I feel like I have enough time to try things out, find the bugs, and decide whether to keep the item. So far, overall, VERY good on the many things I have purchased over the years. Thanks, Best Buy!

I purchased this computer for my 10 year old great niece. With the Covid pandemic, she was forced to do all of her school work remotely from home. This computer has been so easy for her to use. Within a week she was using it like a pro. Price is reasonable so any family can afford it.

One of my favorite things about this fabulous computer is its portability. It's so light I can move it from my art studio to my office without any problems. The touch screen is so helpful when editing photos of my art for my website.

Very happy with the whole unit; speed, apps, ease of use.

Very good performance and looks great. It only requires a power connection and on mine that comes through the counter top directly behind the computer. That leaves just the one power wire that goes up and straight into the back. This make a very neat and good looking installation. I am definitely very pleased with this product.

Great purchase! Easy to navigate through. Compact size.

Overall am delighted with this computer. Set up was easy out of the box. Takes up much less space than the old one. Sound is ok and display is great. Would like have had a dvd drive to reload some software, but bought an external one for $25. Has enough power that I will not need to upgrade for years.
