Bought an HP all in one computer for my husband. Love the touch screen, getting used to a different version of microsoft, and disliked the keyboard, so we switched it for our older wireless keyboard. All in all....Very good

I got this All in one computer on black friday, was a bit hesitant to buy it, but got it anyway because of my need, I just hooked it up yesterday Monday January 6th and I am very happy I bought it, I am strongly recommending this computer to all who are looking to buy.

I wanted a new computer . I purchased a HP laptop from Best Buy a few years ago. It’s still working an I take it to geek squad to get it cleaned up . The sales person at the store was very cordial and knowledgeable about the product . So far I am pleased with product !

When the time came for me to purchase my next computer, I considered the standard route - purchasing each element (monitor, desktop, keyboard, etc.) separately. That's when a Best Buy employee introduced me to this all-in-one. For only $50 more, I was able to purchase this computer with the same specs as the desktop. I have found that it is a much better deal both in the amount of space it saves and the overall aesthetics of my office.

I love the all in one design . Only 1 plug required , no additional space needed for the computer box. There are all the ports that I need. Setup was a brease, wireless connection to network and printer works well. Can also be connected to network Ethernet if I want to. I did have to purchase a external DVD drive as I am not ready to completely give up my DVDs yet. But not a big deal , it sits on the stand unobtrusively.

I didn't realize how slow my older computer had gotten until I got this new one. I like the all-in-one as it doesn't take up a lot of room with a big tower and it suits my needs just fine. I like a desk top as I hate having to hold something like an IPad when I am working.

I really enjoy this desktop as a graphic designer needing a big display. My only issue is that the touch feature is great for finger and phone stylus use but in my experience there is a lag when paired with bamboo. I wouldn't suggest for digital illustrators. However may work fantastic for photographers and graphic designers who rely heavily on their mouse. Its's a great deal for it's functions.

We Purchased this PC for my 16 yr old son on 8-09-2020 for online schooling. My Son has voiced how satisfied he is with his PC. He says that it runs very smoothly & very fast with no issues at all. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase.

I love this computer so much!. Very easy to use and navigate via touch screen. I had an old PC with a tower. The elimination of the tower creates so much more room on a very small desk! The screen images are very bright and crystal clear

This is an awesome desktop. The touchscreen is great. Is perfect for people who have smartphones and touchscreen laptops and are used to using their hands for everything. Now I don’t have to honk “use the keyboard or the mouse” every time I need to do something.

My grandson likes it for his homework nice big screen easy for him to work with.

This has come in so handy during our virtual learning experiences. Our daughter has used it to completed her school work, do Zoom sessions, Flipgrid, and more. I don't know what we would have done if we hadn't upgraded our PC in the past year,

My old HP passed on after 7 years of faithful service, and I wanted another HP to replace it, so I went to Best Buy and fell in love with my new HP . I also would never give up my Smatfriend tech support that I have . Your techies are like old friends by now,

After remote working since March on a tiny Surface Pro, I am so happy to have a 24" screen. I especially love the response-time, how quick it loads up and takes up next to no space at all. The speakers are not that great, but I'm not worried about the sound - as long as they work, I'm fine. I can put on headphones and be happy. I love that the camera (for those dreaded zoom meetings) is a popup, so I can push it down if I don't want to be seen. The only drawback I can possibly see is that the hard drive is not that large. But with everything on the cloud, I think that is a non-issue. Set up was a breeze outside of the fact that I purchased this computer as an open-box deal. The only thing in the box was the computer itself (no power cord/adapter, keyboard, nor mouse). HP support was wonderful and sent me a power cord and adapter the next day.

I have enjoyed this computer. It simply plunges into the electricity and you are ready to go. The thin screen and ultra light weight of this computer makes this very simple for everyone to use. It is truly a plug in and use. I love the big screen.

We needed a computer with a built in webcam all quality sound. We are extremely pleased with our new computer. A huge thank you to the Best Buy staff for listening to what we wanted and recommended a computer that fit our wants at a great price.

I moved from a large, clunky laptop to this wireless desktop all in one. What an enormous improvement! Beautiful large screen (23”) and wireless keyboard and mouse... I love everything about this system.

Computer is fast and easy to use. Easy log on and easy to manage history and favorites.

I had to "shop by phone" thanks to the Pandemic. I wish I could remember who helped me, but he guided me to the perfect machine to replace my aging PC. It was easy to set up and perfect for my needs (I work at home on publishing projects).
