This computer replaces my other HP All-in-One...same great picture and features. Very simple setup and performing well so far. Only issue is that the ports are behind the machine not on the side so not easily reachable or visible.

I had a older version of the same desktop- has been a nice eye catcher. The screen is reasonably sized. Mouse is wireless and requires 2 batteries- included with mouse. Webcam can be hidden b sliding it up and down.

Gets the job done, for school and in terms of playing games. The screen is a good quality and the price is respectable for what you get. Buying a computer is about what it is being used for so make sure to do adequate research before you buy one. This one serves its purpose for us but someone else may need more or less out of their computer.

Great PC. Love how it works. Get ready to pay extra for software/ protection that came for longer times with older pc's. You must now purchase Microsoft Office of live without it. The Virus protection coming with the pc lasts 20 days, then the e-mails requesting annual fees start coming. The HP warranty soon runs out and here come some more e-mails asking for annual fees.

Will my old HP finally bit the dust after 7 years and everything is changed so much that it was more economical to purchase a new one rather than repair an old one this machine is easy to operate and very nice with clean sleep lines.

Love the ease of use, the features and the price! The color is beautiful and the option to hide your camera is the best! I love the audio and it has worked great for our business!

I was skeptical at first since I hadn’t bought a new computer for many years, but honestly this thing was worth it! I got it on Black Friday for a great price and it’s been an amazingly huge benefit to my home office

I've only had this new computer for about 2 weeks now, and I'm very impressed with it. I didn't think I would like an all-in-one; I've had desktop computers since they came out with them, but I have more room by my desk.

Highly rated computer for ease of use,but as a beginner I've had my difficulties. Geek Squad appointment was a major help. Great picture quality on the screen,and as I learned to use it, I enjoy it quite a bit.

The unit itself seems OK - nice picture, good color, on/off works OK. Hard to rate the unit, since I am so frustrated with Windows 10. I do have a hard time with the unit, since I find Win10 much less user friendly than Windows 7. I don't see any advantages to Win10 at all. I find it's difficult to find anything, so it's hard to rate the unit, since I have yet to locate some of the items I feel like I need to understand. Perhaps (hopefully) that will cure with time, and eventually I will like the unit. Also, MSFT Edge is the web browser that is installed. I have had yahoo.com Email lock-up 2-3 times on Edge. Had to call yahoo to get verbal instructions on a fix. So, since it locked up again, I have switched to Chrome. I was completely happy with my two old Win7 units - only purchased this because of dropped support by MSFT and some companies I deal with. In short I don't look forward to logging on to this thing every day.

This certainly got rid of a collection of cables! This is my first Windows-based All-in-One PC, and I love it. The wireless keyboard and mouse respond well, and, yes, are cable free. The speakers are a bit on the weak side, but clear and distinct. And, guess what? Cable free. I share an external USB Blu-ray between this and my other DVD-less computers. Aha, there's a cable. The camera is tucked away and pops up only when you need it for video calls. I also like the screen's clean appearance with almost no borders. The Intel Core i5 and 12GB keep this computer humming along. The 256GB storage is OK for general use. I installed a 4GB Network Attached Server (also from Best Buy) to handle big data storage needs. I am pleased with this computer, and recommend it.

Touch screen, responsive, processor is fast beautiful colors.

If you haven't had the convenience of an all in one, you are really missing a great improvement over the older towers and components. Very portable and light enough to easily be moved. It doesn't have a cd drive but one can be plugged in. Wireless mouse and keyboard are great. Only had it for a month, but so far so good. No regrets.

It is beautiful It was recommended by the sales agent, he was very knowledgable. The computer runs perfect. I am very happy. I like HP, they are reliable. Best Buy is the only place I go for this stuff

This computer is very efficient and easy to use. It’s memory storage is the huge giving me enough space to store my documents, screen is huge enough to multitask and organize your work. I would recommend this computer.

I purchased this computer for my Bookkeeping work, and for my girlfriend and sons to use for their homework. It is amazing, works great, the touchscreen is so helpful with multi-tasking reports, etc.

My girlfriend uses this for work because of the corona virus and it’s actually more user friendly and she’s able to get more done than her office computer.
