I really like this computer. Great value for the price. The only reason I rate it a 4 star instead of a 5 is there needs to be more places available for the USB port. Ports are in the back which is also inconvenient.

Needed something bigger than a laptop for working at home during the virus. Purchased this and I am very pleased. Screen is easy to see and it starts up really fast.

This has been a great all-in-one. It'll be 2 years old this year, still going strong, fast, no issues at all.

everything seems to work well. I don't use the touch screen much because I am not used to having it. the on button on the side is thin and hard to press easily. I back up to flash drives and sometime load things from cd so I had to buy an external drive and an external usb port since there weren't enough usb ports and they were on the back and difficult to access. good for someone who keeps everything in the cloud: down loads, back ups and installs from online.

Everything on the computer meets the needs of a home computer. The only issue discovered after the purchase was that there was not enough storage for all the data transferred from the old computer to this new one. We purchased an external drive to be able to transfer all the data.

My kids have not been able to stay off this computer since we unboxed it. The touchscreen capabilities makes it a natural transition to computers for the younger generation.

My 20 year old lap top took a long time to boot up or turn off. This HP-Pavilion seems to turn on and off almost instantly to the point I just wait to make sure it is done with the procedure. My challenge to myself was to put on E-mail, the printer, scanner, Microsoft 365 by myself. I was successful and even used Zoom, and chatted online with my doctor, not bad for an old guy. The one problem I ran into that bothered me the most was the first update of a down load. I got locked out of my computer and had to turn to Technical Support for help. All fixed now.

I use this computer for my crafting. I was debating getting an i7; however, I have a gaming computer with that. I definitely wanted a SSD (imperative nowadays IMO), and this had it. I did get an external SSD, as well. There's plenty of ports in the back so I wasn't concerned about that. The bluetooth is handy, as well as the other features. Works great for what I need it for. I would not recommend this for gaming. Get a 144hz or 240hz monitor and build a computer for that.

I have used Apple products for the last decade. Desk top, lap top, IPad, phone. Using my husband's HP laptop was always a struggle. I began working in a position that daily used Excel, Outlook, and needed to interface with peers. I gave in and purchased the HP Pavilion 23.8" Touch-Screen All-In-One; I have to admit the switch made my work day FAR LESS stressful. (I don't need Photoshop, or other artistic programs. I now understand why an Apple is for "Creatives" and a PC is better for the workplace. The Best Buy sales representative helped guide me to the right purchase for my needs.
