I Love the large touch screen and this is a great addition to my home voice studio. I only wish the print was darker on the key board or that the key board lite up.

I love this computer! I had an HP All-in-one that was several years old. This is so much lighter and visually easy on the eyes. I'm very happy with it!

It has a nice picture. I dont like it cuz i usually use excel and i save to desktop and every month i change something on the excel that i created, but i can never change it. Its almost like a pdf. I dont like this. I dont know how to get the excel program that i want on this computer. And i also usually save icon on my desktop. I just cant seem to do that either. I wish i could keep using my old one for everything, but it is a Windows XP which is over 15 years old. I had to up date to a new computer. I have my XP computer up next to this one so i can use the excel spreadsheet for my monthly use. It just doesnt seem right to have 2 computers up on my desk when i should only have one.

I have enjoyed my new HP-Pavilion 23.8 Touch-Screen All-In-One-Intel Core i5-12GB Memory Computer. I have had good service from it so far.

Great computer..... Only thing is that you can not use CD's in this style. But, you can always purchase the exterior cd player like I did for a minimal price.

The computer was super easy to set up! I love the quality for the price. I needed a computer for homeschooling my daughter and it came quickly. Love it!

I am somewhat upset, being what I consider to be a good Best Buy customer, that I am only given 20 minutes tomorrow in the Ocala store to meet with a computer expert to answer questions I have about the new computer and also transfer photos from my old computer to the new......I have to drive over an hour to get to the store in Ocala for 20 minutes and have to leave my new computer at the store. I am not happy about this situation. Please get back to me with an acceptable procedure to get my new computer back in my home and up and running the way I would like it.

Excellent purchase, more than I expected! Didn't know it was a touch screen desk top! Nor did I know the key board and mouse were wireless. Great buy overall!!!

Bought this to replace an 8 year old Dell desktop. I didn’t realize until I got it home that it didn’t have a CD drive or enough USB ports. This was resolved for less than $100 (a drive and a USB hub - both on sale). Overall, happy with the purchase.

We use this computer for work and it does an excellent job. It was a great value for a touchscreen and I recommend this product for anyone.
