Was hoping this computer would be faster. I'm a little disappointed in the speed. Kinda slow opening emails etc. The unit is quiet and has a great quality monitor. For my purpose it's a fine computer. I had a couple of problems getting my emails set up and the Geek Squad protection plan took care of everything fast and in a very professional manner. All it took was one call and my problem was taken care of. Great customer service.
