    Was the best Kingsport Tn. had in.Really disappointed Got a virus within hours and messed hard drive up/ Small HD, don't know why Trend Micro didn't catch the virus. Been trying to restore it ever it happened. Should have went to the one in Bristol I suppose. May have already been on there I don't know. Just never up to speed.Hate to gripe but just not impressed with it.

    Love the HP-Pavilion all in one touchscreen. The SSD is super fast. I don't quite understand the Bang & Olfsen built in speakers though. They kind of have a surround sound effect, but no bass compared to my JBL Charge Bluetooth. I ordered it online and picked it up at the store.

    I’m very happy with this all in one computer. I needed a computer to work from home quickly and this one is better then expected. There weren’t many options and HP isn’t my usual first choice but I’m glad I chose this one and it does exactly what I need it to.

    Bought 2 same model computers and 1 of them stopped turning on from the on/off button. I want to think it was just a manufacturing defect, the other one I have not had any difficulties with leaving HP still the preferred computer for my household.

    My wife loves this computer, she is able to do all her work on it because she works from home. She also likes the feature which she is able to link her phone up to this computer and receive texts messages or phone calls right from the computer.

    Camera and speakers are not the best the camera does not have a sharp picture and sound was loud when I first got it but now when listening on internet I have speaker turned up to high level and still. Or the loudest. Overall speed and graphics is good and SSD makes the system boot up in les then 20 seconds

    This pc has not disappointed. It is easy to get connected to home WiFi and off you go. I’m using it for general home usage and is working great. Fast to boot up, screen resolution is awesome. Just plug in an external drive if you need more than 256 GB from SSD.

    Being that were in a Pandemic, This computer is awesome for any kids that have returned to online learning. Comes with a webcam, keyboard and mouse not mention enough computer power to be able to handle basic office tools and light gaming.

    I'm so glad that I went shopping that day for a new computer, which was desperately needed. The salesperson explained the difference between the 3 models I was interested in and the "free data transfer" from old was the clincher. I love the new unit.
