It's convenient and saves room on a small desk and work space. The picture is very clear and large for the visually "challenged". We also connected it to another monitor and was very easy to do.

Love my new computer

Josh set it up and now I wish I had gotten one a few years ago It's easier than ever.

HP Pavillion touch screen

Not to wild about the keyboard, It's not easy to use and it is small and the keys are not easily identified. However, that said ... not having a big hard drive on our desk is a BiG PLUS!

Gray, the associate, explained everything we needed to know. He was very helpful in our determination to make this purchase. We were transitioning from Windows 7 to Windows 10 after 10 years.

Excellent purchase

This computer has made working from home so smooth. Have the camera feature has been the best part for participating in Zoom meetings.

I've done something about it. hope it works

Difficult to learn Windows 10 for an old lady

For me, learning Windows 10 was very difficult, but I had no choice. The salesman gave me totally inaccurate information about signing up for Best Buy Credit Card which I am very angry about.
