Excellent east to use computer. Well design and delivers great performance and pixels.

The graphics on the screen are sharp, easy to use, and even though I've not used the "touch-screen" feature, I'm extremely pleased with this unit. BestBuy has the most knowledgeable staff and always have the answers, even after the purchase has been made. It's my favorite "go-to" place when shopping for appliances, electronics, Televisions, tablets, and computers.

The all in one Hp desk top , I bought at best buy, was the best desktop, I had ever used. It is fast and had a lot of features , and functionality. This made my office work easy to navigate , I love it .The staff who sold the items to me was very polite and he took his time to explain each of the product and their functionality , he also discussed the negatives , at this point the choice on what to purchase , was based on the informed knowledge , I received from the staff and the decision on what to purchase was then based on my specific needs.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this HP all in one. Had Geek Squad do data transfer from my laptop to this new desktop and then just plug and play!! Great purchase for the tech challenged that want the convenience of a large desktop screen as it works right out of the box. Love having no tower!

I have been using this product in a home office for the last 6 months and I cannot recommend this product enough. I love that the unit is compact and fits easily into a small space with a seamless design. The popup camera is perfect for attending online meetings and creates a secure feeling by disabling the camera by simply pushing it down when not in use.

Great computer and gives you the option of a second screen, very easy to plug and play. However need more USB ports and need more storage,,, i bought a computer 6 years ago, similar model that had more USB then and 1TB of storage compared to the newer model, where this one only has 256 MB and 3 USB. I would recommend this, got it at a good Black Friday Special price, but had to buy an external hard drive and a portable USB HUB so i can plug in other items i need.

I love this computer. Great screen, camera and easy touch screen.

It was a good deal since it was on sale when I purchased it. It is fast and the screen is crystal clear compared to my previous monitor. I also like the fact that there is only 2 chords plugged into the back of the computer, the power adapter and ethernet for Internet. This really cleaned up my computer desk after replacing my monitor and tower computer.

This computer has been great for our family so far. It was very easy to set-up, and has worked flawlessly so far. We love having the all-in-one option and the cordless keyboard and mouse! The screen is larger than our previous computer, and this is a big help with working on spreadsheets or other work, where we want to show two windows open at once.

This computer is super and easy to use. The screen is large which I like and the mouse and keyboard are great. The Geek Squad did a fantastic job transferring my data, apps, etc. from my old laptop to my new computer. I experienced not one problem when I got my new computer home. This computer and the Geek Squad are the best. Thank you Best Buy!

Easy to use computer, very fast with great picture quality.

I'm so glad I purchased this for my home based business. I have been using a laptop these past 9 years. I feel much more productive on this. It's fast and I tend to have a lot of windows open at the same time. Boots up in seconds. Great sound and monitor. I also like that I can put the video camera up and down right on the monitor.

Had this for a couple of weeks after replacing a Dell All-In-One and so far working great. Its fast and the screen/display is beautiful!! Touch screen is responsive! Only problem I've encountered is the mouse doesn't work very well unless it's right in front of the computer. If it is below the desk top on the keyboard tray it doesn't work well at all.

This is a nice little computer, fast, and easy to set up. Since working from home, due to my office closing due to Covid-19, I needed something bigger to work on besides my laptop. This computer was a good value, with a great screen. Keyboard layout is a little funky, and will take some getting used to, but it's still manageable. I recommend this AIO to anyone that's working from home, and needs a good value computer

Love this computer. Bought one for myself. Liked it so much bought one for my daughter. Now I am thinking of buying one for my other daughter. I like them have a nice big screen to do there homework from at home. Better than always using the laptops from school. easy to set up and install.
