There are no instructions and it is all new to me. Gmail, Word and Quicken all seem very different from what I had used on my old computer which had Windows 7. This has Windows 10 and needs instruction. The HP desk top does not have an instruction booklet to even describe the parts on the machine.

Have to more it around to on the desk to be able to type. Changed batteries just in case but issue continues.

Great display and it was so easy to setup for a beginner like me. I also really like that the web camera is blocked until in use.

He said he didn't have time for me and to bring the computer in to Best Buy.

The keyboard and mouse are not the best for a gamer, however he got what he needed and is happy, That is what it is about.

Pull up service is so easy

The features and screen are incredible and I love the snowflake white on my cherrywood desk.
