Nice to not have to plug in wires all over the place. Sleek design and very good screen resolution. Sound quality is okay but lacks bass and depth. (I am some what of an audiophile.) Super easy to plug in and get up and running quickly. We use it for general purpose computing.

Love the computer, just wish the keys on the keyboard were a little bigger,as well as the keyboard itself, more of standard-sized keyboard. It's going to take awhile to get used to it for work. Otherwise, love the computer.

Bought this for my grandson due to homeschooling now with covid-19. He has had no problems with his Zoom meetings with teachers in completing homework love the HP Pavilion

The HP - Pavilion 23.8" Touch-Screen All-In-One - Intel Core i5 - 12GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive is just what i need for paying bills, searching for information, streaming movies, etc....

Though the computer was easy to set up and has a nice clear screen, glitches abound: The microphone was set at 94% but sounded like 15%. I found the volume control, and it works fine at 100%. During Zoom meetings, the computer freezes for a few seconds every minute or so. How annoying! (The laptop it replaced had no problems, so it's likely to be the computer, not internet connection.) The nice online Geek Squad folks spent about 3 hours on upgrades and optimizing, which seems odd since I've only had the computer for 3 weeks! It stutters less now. Maybe I should exchange it before the 30-day return period ends.

Haven't owed a desktop in over 15 years. Made this purchase and so glad I did. I love it and it suits my family needs as we navigate through COVID. Highly recommend.

I prefer to only get my computers from Best Buy. They are knowledgeable and competent in their knowledge and I prefer only the HP all in one

wait until it's on sale. I have 2 of them actually. I never paid full price and they seem to go on sale at least once a month. Great all in one with solid specs.

Love it! The only downside is that it does not have a disk player on it other then that i havent had a problem at all with it works as it should.

I enjoy my new HP All-in-One computer. It is fast when it boots up and when I click on a web site. Also it is great having less equipment and less wires under the computer desk.

The computer works great, the screen is bright. the keyboard is good, it is nice to have a full keyboard again. We switched from an older Imac to this machine.

This looks so great in our home office and the initial setup was quick and easy. It’s very fast to wake up and open files or internet pages. Extremely happy with this pc.

still am figuring this computer out especially doing the sd card. im use to the folders not the albums. I called for support and got a person in florida but he was no help . windows 7 I also liked. I liked my cd on my computer . I need to play with this more . like how to burn a cd .

Old computer was shot. Ordered online and picked up within an hour. Took about 10 minutes to set up and does everything I need to do. Plenty of storage space.

The sound would be the least favorite part. It is a step below our last one with separate speakers. The rest of the systems workings are superior to the old one.

I was looking for a new all in one computer. I explained what i use the computer for and was shown several models that met my needs. Very satisfied with my purchase.

This computer is a perfect fit for me. Nice looking, quiet with the SS drive and quite fast also. Only have it a month but so far HP is living up to its name

I love how light it is to carry and that the screen graphics are just what I was looking for. Down side is that I have annoying pop up and my computer is saying that things are needing updating. Umm it’s a new computer... why would it need updates that I would need to pay extra for?
