    Had to get computer since children had to go online for schooling. It's fine so far we just don't like how it doesn't swivel. Also had problems uploading photos from iphone.

    Contacted Geek Squad to have the printer connected wireless. Spent 3 hours on the phone with 2 agents. Scheduled an agent to come to the house F2F but a week later. It took him 10-15 minutes to complete. Everything is working fine now.

    We, unfortunately, got a defective product. In 18 months, we had to send the product for repair 4 times. Geek Squad was, however, fantastic and honored the warranty.
