    It is early days yet, but so far I find it less user friendly than my old computer, which I was pretty much forced to give up as it was no longer going to be supported by Microsoft. It has a number of strange quirks. Maybe when I receive instruction by geek squad on how to operate it I will be happier. The keyboard is too sensitive and the letters rather faint.

    quality of microphone was poor - surprised because HP usually has good components. Had to buy a peripheral camera/mic because of it
