    It is fast and so far has run flawlessly. The only thing is hard drive could be larger. May have to buy a larger one later.

    I have bought many HP computers (never had a desktop that wasn't HP) all the way back to Compaq. LOVE HP! This computer screen would go black & come back in a second or two. Very annoying and frequent. I read reviews from others who had the problem so I didn't feel like having to deal with a new computer that needed a fix. I returned it and bought the AMD version. Not as powerful but is working great. As for the Intel version, I'm sure there are a lot of them that are working well or there would be many more bad reviews. I would never want to say they are all flickering like mine. I just don't have time to wait and deal with it. Again, I love HP.

    I am still transferring software to this device. Don't trust the salesmen to tell the truth. This has a slower than the desktop computer I am replacing (6 years older) and it has less ram than the older one. The good news is that the drive is a little bigger and it's solid state. It's probably good for a first computer, but the 12 GB of memory is too little for my applications.
