Disappointed on the display issue!!!

I called tech service three times to try to resolve the issue, all three remote attempt were not able to resolve the issue. The fourth time I called, the tech sent me a box to ship the unit to HP repair center in Texas. It took more than a week before they returned my PC to me. And to my disappointment, it still has the intermittent BLCAK OUT issue. IT IS NOT FIXED. I called service center and still can't get a straight answer on what HP will do next. The display just BLACK out again while I am writing this review!!!!!!

Great computer / Poor Service

I just bought a new Pavilion all-in-one computer and had an issue with screen blinking. HP says it just needs new video driver installed. After following online instructions that didn't work well I finally got a Geek squad tech who wanted me to "shake the computer" to see if there was a loose cable! I pointed out this is an All-in-one ...there are no cables. After suggesting to me there may be a charge to fix a computer I just bought AND had a 2 year extended warranty on, I finally got him to admit he didn't know what he was doing since he couldn't download driver and install on my computer. I still don't have my computer fixed! Store wanted Advice to all GO DIRECTLY TO THE MANUFACTURER SKIP BEST BUY.

defective keyboard and mouse

HP Pavillion screen came with wireless mouse and keyboards, BUT they do not work. Even after I purchased new batteries. Still do not work...to this day.
