This was at under $50.00 and does the same job as the more expensive modems.

I bought this to play computer games such as skyrim, wow, counter strike, and more. It runs all of these games on high settings. It has been very reliable. Windows 8 takes some getting used to though.

Easy set up. No problems yet. Still try to get use to window 8

I ordered this pc on line & picked up at store next day. I got it home & set up but it was so slow & kept freezing up .I then dumped everything & used my start up discs to reload it & was successful. I don't like the Outlook Mail, I don't get all my mail so, I have to go to my internet provider web site to read all of my mail. The streaming on web sites freezes up every few seconds when I am scrolling (especially on FB). I am new to the 8.1 (had XP) but I was having issues with old pc as it was running out of memory,& I think this pc will give me enough memory to last a long time.

Good unit, has worked out well so far. Windows 8 is really easy to use.

I had to buy a new computer because of the XP factor. I didn't want all the new bells just a good solid computer. My very first computer was a HP. The computer I had to replace was a Dell. I went back to the HP because of' the price and now understanding how much computer I needed I went back to the HP. The fact that the Best Buy was just a few miles from my home helped. I like to keep my business local. I could also talk to a sale person face to face which is how I like to do my business. Being able to see the product in person and not a web site helped also.

My previous HP was already 7 years old. I had to renew my desktop or at least my hard drive. I decided for a new desktop. I had never problems with my previous HP therefore I picked again a HP desktop. I love the new one even better because the new one is faster and has a larger hard drive.

has the power and the memory I need/ lots of space for my music collection and does the basic things my limited computer skill are capable of doing.

This is a good, simple computer - excellent for home use. I wish it had another internal drive bay, but other than that it suits nearly every need I have for the secondary computer.

Excellent computer. Windows 8 is not hard to deal with- so many reviewers complain about it. Lots of speed, lots of memory, low price with all the special deals going on. I don't think this combo can be beat.

Great price but wish I would have bought Windows 7 online which HP is now offering because Windows 8 is terrible. I had Windows Vista and it won't allow me to use Windows easy transfer to get my files off my old computer. The Windows media player won't work with any earlier versions. Basically seems I can't do anything on this computer.

Another reliable HP computer product. Always my preference. Same color scheme as my older monitor. Easy setup.

I select these for 2 churches I work for and have gone thru at least 3 or 4 over the last few months so this review covers more than one. It's a reliable easy to customize machine with no quirky disappointments. Faster than the equivalent Dell and really no try-it apps exc for some kind of antivirus i didn't even opt for.

So far everything going well. But too many unwanted programs. Word processing program extra!!! Would rather word processor than all those dumb games!

Overall happy with this computer. Good memory, speed n audio capbilities
