Replaced an HP computer that lasted about 10 years. The 2 TB HD has plenty of room for music, pictures, and music videos. Easy to set up and boots quickly.

The new format is visually striking however a bit confusing at first to use especially if your screen/monitor is not touch sensitive. Also the processing speed while in the new windows mode was slow slow slow! Have really been opting out of the new format so the computer will work at an acceptable speed. Good price overall.

This is a good machine and it does what they say it will do and probably much more. I am not a techno geek so I shouldn't really say much more about it.

Its so fast i cant keep up with it.Storage is second to none.Fast set up and very fast transferring over.

My last computer had Windows XP and Office 2003. After a decade, a step up to Windows 8 and Office 2013 has been almost intuitive, and I am impressed with the speed and more modern design. I have very favorable first impressions.

We were using Windows XP 3gb HP Pavillion that we purchased from Best Buy a few years ago. We opted to ditch the old system and purchase this one and I am glad we make the decision to stay with HP. Prior to owner HP products, we had a Dell computer. I have to say hands down I would choose HP over the Dell. I'm not the most tech savvy person but with step by step instructions, the app store to find programs I was accustomed to using on the old HP and speed of this operating system this is definitely the most bang for the buck!

Wanted to upgrade from xp. This tower does just fine, good speed and plenty of storage space.

good quality for price, excellent performance and able to set up quickly without any hassle.

No problems to set up. A bit confusing at first but, I'm getting better. The on screen sweeping of the mouse to the top right corner to get to settings or printing could be frustrating. Sometimes it doesn't come up until you swept that mouse a few times. Other than that, a pretty fast PC.

Wonderful system for speed and basic features, but has way too many features for basic home computing. I may be able to simplify it, but I have not yet had the time to spend on it. Too soon to determine reliability.

This computer has worked well with everything I have tried. Tons of memory to hold everything I want to put on it. The Card reader works great. Just pop the card in and the pictures are there to see. Start up is so quick. Turn it on and I can be online in less than 30 seconds.

So far, so good.! I'm still exploring and learning Windows 8.1 after using XP for 10 years. It appears at this early stage, that some features of XP are not available on 8.1. At least,I haven't discovered them yet.

I upgraded from my 8 year old HP, which ran XP. I was surprised @ how easy it was to learn and use Windows 8, as I'm not that computer savvy. I'm very pleased with how quick this computer responds- and so are my 3 teenagers! In the end, if they're happy, then it's a keeper!

No matter what anyone tells you, including the Geek Squad, you must upgrade to professional version of Windows 8 to join a domain.
