I have several frustrations.

I bought a sealed an boxes computer and had your store transfer everything from my old one. Your store personnel discarded all of the paper work that should have come with the unit. The Geek Squad clerk initially told me there was nothing that could be done to retrieve it. I suggested they open another unit and Xerox the paper. I got an absolute refusal. I am not pleased.
