was having big troubles with my older computer that was updated to window 10 from vista I think, it did not have the ability to keep up with the updates. This system has a lot of the new features I wanted without all the bells and whistles I did not want.

This is the best value around. Replacing an old PC that I use that home for just general email and typical semi office work. I didn’t need all the bells and whistle’s but I didn’t need a good PC. Thanks Best Buy

Computer OK but the change over from Windows 7 to Window 10 is not what I was expecting in having a hard time with my data download, Had to have geek squad work on tower for data transfer twice and still not getting what I expected.

As far as Intel i3 computers go, HP did the smart thing by including a SSD drive for the operating system. Paired with 8gb of memory, the computer runs well and should be a good system for home business needs a light gaming.

Excellent CPU and perfect for Office Use. Good for just using iin a small location that doesn't need huge computing power but maybe just Office and a few select programs with internet.

If you are a casual user of a tower computer then this model is quite adequate. If your use of a tower is email, spreadsheets, word processing and general Interest searching then this model won't break your budget.

This is a good computer; and although the technical specs are equivalent, it is not as good as the Pavilion I bought previous to this one. The CD drive is inferior to the last one, and the ports on the front of the unit are not as conveniently located nor as numerous.

Ordered this PC open box but... it was canceled by Best Buy even though it showed that their inventory had three in stock. Not sure what happened there but, I am happy because I wound up finding a better HP desktop to fit my needs.

this is a very dependable product, I only wish I knew all of the things it can do, need a class on Microsoft 10 and will always go to Best Buy and the Geek Squad for all their knowledge and patience

It has been a challenge to get familiar with the system. It is so different from our old machine. It does not heat up like the old one did. We like that. Little by little we are doing much better.

My transition from Windows 7 to windows 10 is going well. i do have a lot to learn and get comfortable with, but no problems with the equipment!!! I made a good choice with this purchase.

Was Look to surprise my 4 year old Grand daughter who is starting School. Found this Great Computer. Grand Daughter will be able to use now and grow into it when she gets older.

This computer actually boots up quicker than most of the ones in this same price range, its ready for logon in less than a minute. it is very responsive with most all apps as well.

Bought this HP a few weeks ago after my business computer died. Plugged it in and was back to work. Just wish the SS drive was larger. You have to be careful where you load your programs. SS drive will fill up super fast.

Best Buy Geek Squad at local store set up this new computer and installed software, etc. So far so good. Hope to have many years of problem-free computer experience.

This HP has Windows 10 with it. I would recommend getting a touch screen, however, they are costly, and the tower works fine with our old monitor that is not touch screen.

Very pleased with the computer, screen, keyboard and mouse. The service was great. Wonderful to have equipment that works to its expectations and not have a problem.

Good for doing office work, not for gaming. Purchased for office work so happy with the product. One minor thing is the keyboard's bluetooth had some issues when first used, but seemed fixed with a driver update.

Bought this to replace much older computer for my father. Not bells and whistles but good processor speed. He uses it for Excel WORD and email.

We had a very old tower that after many times taking it to a repair shop still not working properly. Got this new tower and have not had any problems.
