    You'd expect an HP to have no issues running an older HP printer. You'd be wrong. Also Microsoft Word doesn't run correctly. Also an older version. My keyboard has some buttons that don't even register. All that worked just fine before on my Lenovo. I don't want to hear about driver updates. Never an issue before. I don't want to hear about buying a new printer, etc.

    Didn't care for it although the ssd hard drive was really fast, it wouldn't play my Company of Heroes game and I don't like the vertical dvd drive at all.

    Nice machine except when loading software everything tries to load onto drive C: which is the way too small solid state drive. If you don't have many programs to load, it should be fine for most. It has plenty of RAM and HDD space but the SSD is not for me.

    The SSD/HDD combo make for great fast startups but this one kept restarting unexpectedly. After reading the issues others had with this model, we decided to return it and get something else. your experience may vary but I'd recommend avoiding.

    PC is excellent, but who ever is responsible for the recessed power button should resign. I have bought HP for the last decade, but they have never had a power button design like this....it is TERRIBLE!

    Was a christmas gift for mom. She likes it. Only uses it for web browsing and light video streaming. Nothing too crazy. Perfect computer for some school work.

    I was extremely disappointed that the disc drive is a vertically-mounted flimsy Laptop-style drive rather than a sturdy traditional tower-style motorized drawer.
