nice computer but infected
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Computer infected with malware on start-up, cost over $100 for tech support from HP to clean it up.(4 hours) Then had additional support from internet provider to check computer for us again and make sure it was free of all viruses, etc. Told by HP tech that if we had purchased at a Best Buy store rather than online, we possibly could have had it fixed free of charge or replaced. Seems to be working okay now.
