Set up was relatively easy for this and much quicker than with previous models due, undoubtedly to the solid state drive. Quick response time on pretty much everything I've done so far with it. It replaced a workhorse of a desktop and all seems well. Rather decent for the price (it was on sale when I purchased). Would be great, however, if it came with better documentation on what is what concerning interfaces and what is inside.

Very easy set up; looks like it will be fast and reliable

I’m no computer tech or computer savvy but I will say this desktop is hands down the best desktop I have used at this price point. It was super easy to hook up and use and has plenty of storage space and 12gb or memory means can do a lot of multi tasking. Best Buy is the only place I purchase my Electronics from.

This computer was purchased for professional use at my office. Nicely designed case with conveniently located front USB connections. The equipped SSD drive provides much faster processing of data than the standard mechanical hard drives and loads programs lightening fast. Very pleased with the performance and looks of this HP computer.

This HP computer is fast. Things load quickly, including my email and other pages. The mouse and keyboard are wireless. I couldn't figure out how to get the wireless keyboard, and wireless mouse to synch up to the tower. Aside from that I like it quite a bit. Got it on sale for $519.99. I5 and 12 G memory, plus 128K SSD makes for a very good computer.

When my old desktop computer, with Windows 8, stopped working I was really nervous about adapting to Windows 10. With this machine, I had no problem learning Windows 10 and it had great speed and storage. I have always purchased HP products and I have even converted a few friends to them.

We found the Pavililon fast and easy to use. Great amount of memory for a reasonable price.

Just recently purchased this item and was able to get it at a lowered price since it was an open box and paying 592$ for a computer with 12gb of ram and a 1 tb hard drive plus 128 gb of space is amazing I've been very impressed so far! Also love the fact that this computer comes with an wireless keyboard!

The HP - Pavilion Desktop - Intel Core i5 - 12GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive + 128GB Solid State Drive - Natural Silver/Brushed Hairline Pattern was a best buy at approximately $100 off on sale. The PC was easy to set-up, however, the Programs listing was a little confusing with free offers for software when I also was purchasing new software. The more I use it the better it is for me!

Very satisfied with this desktop for speed and performance and works perfectly for my needs of working at home and online college courses. Only regret is not buying two of them as I’m in need of new unit on my first floor and would like to have another

My old computer was very slow starting up and sometimes would have to be rebooted. This comes on instantly. One possible negative. Yes it does have 1 TB of storage, but for some reason it is partitioned with the main C drive having roughly 100 GB and the secondary drive, D, having 900 GB. Everything wants to be stored on the C drive, which means that you have to be careful.

This product has good specs. I like the product. I like the fact it came with the 128 gb solid state drive making it faster to load and open apps. The speed of it is good for its price. The design of the case is nice, and been an i5 for the applications of today. Good product.

I love my new computer I just bought from you guys. It is very fast and responsive, and has plenty of memory for all my gaming, as well as other needs. Very happy with this system and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and up to date system. Thanks.

i like the design of the tower it's self but windows 10 is so horrible HP lost a star. plus HP support is absolutely atrocious. they will sell you tons of extra stuff you dont want though. it too bad another company's product is making HP's product look like stuff but HP installed it.

Great HP with hard drive and solid state. Easy to step up.

We were looking for a laptop for my wife, but then figured, "Hey, she doesn't carry it around. The last one she had sat in the same spot for almost 10 years." So we decided on this. It's lightweight, doesn't take up very much room, and is easy to use.

This new Hp desktop has decent Ram and a fairly large hard drive. Its fast and I've had no problems yet! The only think that I don't like is the dvd drive is in vertical instead of horizontal. This makes it harder to get the disk inserted.

Purchased for our church to be used for streaming of Sunday service. Got it at an excellent price as an open box. Have been using it for a month and it’s gets the job done. This is actually the second HP we brought for the church.
