I haven't purchased a new PC in many years but am used to very fast systems at work and this system exceeds any business system and the price is hard to beat. I've had no issues with the hardware or software and would recommend this system to anyone wanting a fast, reliable, and even stylish computer.

The computer works fine. I paid BB to set it up. I brought it home and hooked it up to my cloud. Within a few days the computer didn't work anymore because the hard drive was full. Turns out the computer has two hard drives. The c: drive that normally holds data, only holds the operating system. The d: drive holds data. My cloud was downloading to the c drive, because that's what it does on every other computer. This is not a design flaw, it's a set up flaw. I'm 55 years old. I bought a lot of computers this year and had a lot of issues with set up. I keep learning things I need to look out for in set up. I paid Best Buy to set them all up. I don't the answer to this issue, still learning.

The PC is efficient, with fast processing speed and plenty of storage. The solid state drive is a plus! Use for web searches, office functions (email, word and excel, etc) and lots of picture and video storage and editing. Works great so far!

It was time to replace our old PC's and this machine has all the power, speed and storage that we needed. So my wife and I each purchased this PC. I use it for various office-type apps and she uses hers mostly for photo editing. Very pleased!

We've been more than pleased with our upgrade to the Intel Core i7. The only thing I don't like is that the DVD doesn't lie flat in the drive, but I knew that when I purchased the computer. The footprint is smaller than our old tower, so that means it's easier to handle while cleaning. It is also QUIET.

The SSD for the OS with the large HDD for data is ideal. Moving/saving user data files to the HDD and keeping the SSD as is with only a clean OS and applications makes for a heck of machine. Quick, quiet, and smooth.

Once the settings were in place, it has been easy to use. Initially, sleep mode was on. When it went into sleep mode I couldn’t wake it up. This resulted in a trip to see the Geek Squad. Now that sleep mode is turned off performance has been great. TURN OFF SLEEP MODE.

I bought this to replace an 8-year old PC with a standard hard drive. I like the new PC much better because it boots up and loads programs much faster, due to the solid state c:[ drive. It also has a 1 TB standard hard drive for data storage. One caveat - it connects to the monitor only via HDMI or VGA, and does not have a DVI connection. That was not a problem for me, as my existing monitor is a newer model with an HDMI input.

If you are still in the market for a desktop, this one is one to consider. It's fast, simple to get going with and has enough storage and power to handle virtually anything

Using for Busy Tax Office. Great workhorse, can keep many programs open and not slow down. Seamless installation and start up of programs. Well worth the high price tag

The computer works as advertised. Easy set-up. Solid computing power at impressive speed. The wireless keyboard and mouse have worked fine. Great value.

Finally had to give in and replace a seven-year old desktop. Had my specs pretty nailed down - minimum i7 processor, 16GB RAM, preferred SSD boot disk with at least 1TB for data, HDMI, plenty of USB ports, bluray/DVD write drive. Have had very good experience with HP desktops, laptops and printers. This desktop met all of my specs and the certified, open box was a deal I couldn't pass up. A few days after I bought it, the price dropped - HP honored the new price and gave me a credit. Have been using the desktop for a couple of months and it works great.

This computer is so fast, and also very quiet. I do not use this computer for gaming so its perfect for me. Runs everything well and starts up fast. The only thing is I wish the SSD drive was larger, but then the price would go up also. Runs all the software for business and surfs the web fast. Get a bigger SSD if you use alot of software and programs and want it to be specifically on an SSD.

Setup was a breeze. I am not technologically advance and I bought 1 for work and 1 for home, and they are both fast and perfect for what I needed.

I recently purchased an HP Pavillion desktop with an Intel Core i7. I'm super happy with the speed. It was very easy to set up, and I absolutely love the Solid State Drive. I would highly recommend this product.

We needed to upgrade our small office from previous Windows 7 Lenovo desktop due to Windows stopping support for that operating system. We tried to update to Windows 10 when it was first offered for free, but it was incompatible with our existing programs (disastrously!). We decided to move the old computer to the copy room for backup or other use, but take it off the internet to avoid virus issues. We're very happy with the Pavilion. It's fast enough and easily set up. We've had a Pavilion in the past and were not suprised to find it a good buy.

This is such a great computer especially for teh price. runs fast as lighting, no reason to buy "cheap". this will last for years, was an easy setup

We are very happy with our new HP Pavilion Desktop computer. The speed is great, it is quiet, compact and does every thing I need to do.

I am very pleased with this computer. The specs are great - i7, SSD, 1TB. Windows 10 is not as imposing as I thought since it does revert to Windows 7 which is excellent. It does provide access to Microsoft Office, but only if you want to buy it or go onto the web and pay yearly. Better yet, you can do that from various office products free from the web. So far, so very goo!

I did a great deal of research before selecting this model. As a website designer, I have particular needs for speed and storage. Things are going well. Learning windows 10. Had to abandon my Earthlink email platform that I loved for so many years. Was not happy with that and it was quite difficult to set up relaying the email addresses I have. Something that should have been a simple task was horribly frustrating.
