decent machine, but it lags bad in normal every day use, loaded with bloat ware like all of them, but its a shame its not even a year old and it can't be upgraded to the windows 11 because of the processor. And HP needs to make the cd/dvd drive horizontal rather than vertical, the drawer is harder to close due to it.

I bought this pc for my wife. She is not a gamer. I figured the rx 550 would give some light gaming options if needed. Pc is loaded with typical bloatware. Not a lot of upgrade options. It does have an m2 slot for an ssd but no retention screw in the slot for the ssd. Lastly, only one dimm in the machine so no dual channel memory mode. Overall, an adequate machine. No frills.

This computer passes the bare minimum expectations. But the bloatware was annoying and excessive. Plus it crashes and freezes constantly.

This is a great computer and love the look of it and functions great

after only 7 months my computer stopped working and geek squad was no help. They wanted me to take into store for repair, but I know they would have kept if forever and then wiped it clean or said it couldn't be fixed. Instead I called someone who knew what they were doing and it was a corrupted hard drive and he replaced it with a better one with no moving parts to corrupt. I am cancelling geek squad and will go elsewhere when time comes for new computer.
