A: Yes, it would run it fairly well. The GPU is good so you should have no problems maintaining solid FPS on mid settings.
A: You could put an M.2 SSD in the computer without issue. I do not have information on adding an additional SATA HDD.

A: Yes, we have had several reviewers state that they were able to run at 110-140 average fps without issue, even at higher settings.
