Good for The price . Used for básic web and office

This is a good computer for general workstation set-up. Don't expect great performance for complex applications, but if you need to set up a desk for standard office use, it works just fine.

Overall, this unit is a great computer. It's very in expensive with a massive hard drive, a decent processor, and some good graphics.

Was looking for a reasonable PC for the family to use at home for basic internet usage, tried to save some money wish I would of opted for model Alittle higher very slow!

I bought this PC for my mom after hers went down. We got it home and had it up and running in no time. We have only had it for about a month or so but it is easy for my mom to work and has been reliable so far.

Windows 8 doesn't provide a way to add people to your email contacts list. In fact Windows 8 takes a good bit of getting used to, but after you learn some of its tricks it gets easier..

Great computer. A little bit more than I wanted to spend but does everything well. This is all you need to know, if I had to do it again, I'd still buy it.

Purchased for use as a server. Installed VMWare and off to the races. The machine drives the HD display cleanly, has great sound output. I had a issue with adding drivers for a second video card, and HP remote support was fantastic. They logged onto the desktop, configured the changes, downloaded all the updates, cleaned up everything. They then sent me a follow up email, and called a follow up phone call. They also sent me a copy of the OEM restoration disks at no additional cost. I could have done it all, but they did it and I sat back and let them do the work. Highly recommenced!!

The processor is extremely slow. Even for basic functions it just takes forever. HP's fingersprint scanner kicked in 4 weeks into owning the computer and wouldn't allow access. We have no fingerprint scanner in our home and one didn't come with the computer. HP and Best Buy were useless. BB wanted $100 to re-format the hard drive. No thanks. I wouldn't recommend this computer to anyone.... even if on a budget. Spend the extra money for a better processor and brand.

I would not recommend anyone buying this PC. When I hooked it up you could see it was having a hard time trying to boot up for the first time after it was up it had a hard time just trying to scroll and kept locking up anytime you would look at a video just on Facebook. You would be best to pay a little more for a better processor and save you from any headaches.

great basic office pc. run a real estate company & this hp covers every business application needed, One of several hp's in office.

Went to store looking for a desktop that was fast, and compact since I would be using in my small office at Home. Very simple to set up

We love this as it is just what we need for our personal stuff that we do not want to put on our workplace laptop computers!

Good computer for price but slow performance when on internet. Other features okay.

So far, I am not impressed with the purchase as it does not appear to be as fast as the last one I purchased from Best Buy. I have intended to contact Geek Squad for help but haven't had the time to do it yet. I have to have them help me "load" my printer and have not had the hour it will take to do it.

Recommend if you r going back to school and if u r looking for a good computer and easy to learn

The unit must have been on the floor for some time. I still do not have all of the junk out that somebody put on it. For example, even after I all of the set-ups, I still find Ohio locations on Apps. I feel that you should have erased the drive, before letting me out of the store. I probably will not buy from Best Buy again.

Sometimes it will let you click on the icons and sometimes you are out of luck. I have to try another time. The mouse disappears when leaves the screen and it takes a while to get it back. This computer has not worked properly from day 1. Very frustrating.

Good, basic computer set up. Reasonably priced item.
