Although it took me a while to learn Windows 8.1 I'm enjoying playing on my computer. I do like the more compact size than the bulky one I had before. I only use it for my personal use, enjoy playing games and talking to Internet friends.

I guess you can say it is okay but I think it should have came with Office which it did not...everything is extra so from the basic price the deal was not what I had hoped for...I owned a dell before with windows xp liked it so much more.

i bought this desk top my home. its very easy and nice.

I wanted a simple basic computer. I don't do a lot of stuff on a desktop but y old one died after 8 years. This one was perfect for the price and easy to set up. When you open a window it is hard to navigate back to the home screen at times. Good value for what you get

I can't believe I got everything I wanted for $299.00 and it's so compact. It does everything surfs the internet, has Microsoft Word, excel, and it's so fast.

I make a lot of computer purchases from best buy for our company. Typically we get a good product. We only need low cost computers since all of our needs are web based. This computer failed. We purchased three at one time and all of them failed. They would not stay connected to the internet and would crash constantly. I assume some cheap junk parts were used to make them with the idea of selling them at a beginners price point. That said they are not worth buying even at this price.

I am still trying to figure out how to use my old email system on this computer. The tiles are very confusing even though I have had a smart phone for a number of years. So I guess my biggest complaint is the huge learning curve for the operating system.

This PC was great for my stepfather, who needed to upgrade from Windows XP. Has everything he needs, and at a great price!

This computer is great for everyday use...enough memory to do the daily activities. Used it mainly for emails and photo downloads some surfing the net and so far it is very satisfactory.

The mouse works only 50% of the time and Windows 8 is user UN-friendly and disappointing. The mouse won't let me get to 'recommend' right now!

I bought this to replace another computer and did not want to spend alot of money. This does what I needed it to do. It is not overly fast but for what I do with it I am very happy with it.

My grandma needed her computer replaced so we picked this one up for her. Its perfect for everything she needs, Email, Facebook, internet.

Wanted a smaller size desktop computer to replace large outdated (XP OS), older model Dell that sat on the floor and collected dust and dirt and was hard to access. This computer was just what was needed as a replacement

This computer was for my dad. The windows 8 was extreemly confusing and he ended up with multiple copies of spreadsheets on the computer and on two different cloud applications. We finally got it straightend out but if you have never used windows 8 a tutorial is definately recommended. Everything else about the computer package was great. I think my dad was disappointed that it came with everything but speakers.

My biggest problem with it is Windows 8. I dont like it.

I really like this unit for the price. Windows 8.1 DID take me a bit to get used to...........but I am really enjoying it now.

Great form factor, small footprint, well designed with plenty of connections for peripherals. Loads quickly, easily set up and registered, great value.

had i read the reviews for pc's with windows 8 prior to my purchase I would have purchased another model with windows 7. windows 8 still needs to have some bugs worked out.. biggest one so far is internet speeds.. I went to Firefox and have no problems

I like the simplicity of the programs. I'm a basic person, emails, web surfing, games, bill paying, music. I love it!!! Just right for me!!

I love this computer and it is wonderful. I am using the Webroot that came with it and am pleased with that. One thing I can not figure out is how to download pictures from my Canon Camera to Snapfish. Can you explain that? Thank you.
