Great product with exceptional pen usage and fast. The processing is amazing from the time you turn it on. No issues and this bought bought during black friday. I recommend you purchase a screen protector and you keep it plugged in to be at maximum charge as much as you can. Although, I only have to charge about once every two days.

Bought in November of '18 on sale for $399. The computer had wifi issues right from the get-go; the wifi would completely disconnect after about 20-30 min of use and then take about 5 minutes before it would even be able to search for wifi networks again. If you have more than one tab open on Chrom or Edge, you will definitely notice the computer struggling. If you have more than one app running, the computer will likely crash. Because of all these issues, I hardly used the computer. I bet my laptop hasnt even been powered on for more than 50 hours TOTAL. Yesterday, when opening the lid i noticed that the screen is coming unglued from the laptop case/housing and popping out on the lower right corner. Seriously?!? I have been a long-time HP consumer, I own a high-end Spectre, multiple HP monitors and desktops, and have used an HP 12c calculator for work for years. This, however, will be my last purchase of an HP product. The quality has gone down the drain.

use this computer for school and it has everything I need and love the tablet feature comes in handy. But I wish the keyboard was illuminated. Other then that great laptop

Laptop has solid performance for the price. Processor may lag with some apps but it is amazing with the day to day usage online, paying Bill's, watching Netflix.

We purchased this laptop because it fit the budget but it is better equipped with regard to RAM and SSD, etc... than the more inexpensive Chromebooks. Very pleased so far.

Overall design is nice and slick. This HP can be difficult to use and understand from time to time. Gets the job done. Great sound system.

Picked it up for $400 for my daughter. Only has 128 GB ssd. Typical HP Bloatware that needed removal but pretty snappy afterward. Cool that it came with a pen also.

I am a currently a returning College Student and this computer is GREAT !!! I am able to complete all my work and it has all the software that I need.

I bought this for my grandson, played with it a little bit before I gave it to him, seemed really nice, I actually wanted to keep it for myself....lol

Got this for my son mainly for school. He is in 8th grade. Its compact so travels easily and makes homework more enjoyable.

Great lightweight 14" laptop 360. Downsized from a 16" and only miss the 10 key. Nice key depression, clear screen and good sound.

I bought this lab top for my daughter 1st year college. She has it for 2 years now with out any problem.

I love this laptop. Lightweight, easy to carry around and fits in most bags. Love the flexibility of making it into a tablet. Touch screen is great. Only issue is that there aren't buttons to click or right click, only the track pad.

My daughter loves using the tablet/pen function. On her art program, it froze a couple of times. SSD is really fast.
