    Would not work properly from the start. HP did refund my money so I gave at least 3 stars for refund. Ordered the same one, and it didn't work from the start.

    Some of the keys (numbers and miscellaneous letters) stopped working after about a year. I bought a Bluetooth keyboard to make this piece of junk last a little longer, working in tablet mode. After a week of that, the screen popped out of the case so it wobbles and sometimes won't turn on. I'm disappointed, because otherwise this was a versatile and affordable computer. I probably won't buy another HP because they never last for much more than a year without having some problems.

    The laptop is good but the keyboard is the worst. Pressing a single key causes a fifferent action and alphabet on screen. It seems this model has keyboard problems
