I have always liked HP computer so I bought one for each one of my granddaughters graduation. And HP Pavilion was very easy to set up. I like the touch screen and the way it folds back to use like an iPad.

I purchased a HP Pavilion laptop for myself several years ago and when my elementary school grandson was looking for a computer for his in home school classes this year I suggested and purchased this 14" Touch Screen HP Pavilion Laptop for him. Ordered it online arrived in perfect condition and on time as scheduled. Very easy to set up and he is very pleased with its ease of use. I definitely recommend the HP Pavilion laptop for all ages a terrific product with multiple uses for everyone.

Touch screen, 180 rotation on the screen, loud speakers, and all the USB ports for a great price! Impressed with quality so far, I use it for simple online college homework and work. No complicated tech, simple and straight to the point.

I had been holding off on replacing my old dinosaur of a laptop for a long time. I came across this one from Best Buy after comparing and shopping for many other makes and models. For the price this was a very good buy. It may be missing some of the other options I used to have (DVD/CD player-Separate number keys), but still a very good computer. I would highly recommend.

I use my laptop for schoolwork and the tablet mode is the best for reading my textbook online. I have also used it for drawing the touchscreen is amazing for that, I didn’t know much about buying a laptop and after I talked with someone at Best Buy they told me everything I needed to know in terms of the intel core I was getting, the storage space and memory. Most times I split the screen for reading and jotting down notes and the screen is big enough to do so

I purchased this laptop for my daughter to use for school since she was virtual. This laptop surpassed my expectations. The touchscreen feature was very beneficial in completing her lessons, especially her math. She was able to hook her drawing tablet to the laptop and the picture quality was super nice-very vibrant! She also watches a lot of videos on the device, not sure how helpful that is, but I am considering purchasing one for myself.

This was a Geek Squad certified Open Box unit purchase for my daughter to prepare for a fall quarter of remote learning. Wanted to get something a little beefier than the Chrome book. When we went to set up her account the touch pad didn't work, so I hooked up a mouse. Then we found the wifi didn't work! The laptop has no ethernet connector and I was about to return it when I realize I could use USB-C from my work docking station to connect to the internet. I downloaded all the proper drivers and the wifi and touchpad work properly. I am uncertain what the Geek Squad certification of this unit was? They could not have turned it on and used either the wifi or touchpad. I expected a little more based on the tiered pricing of the open box levels and having chosen the "certified" level. We have only had it a little more that a week, but I suspect the PC will be fine now that it is properly configured. I just may not opt for the "certified" level in the future. It seems to not mean much.

Ever since I bought my first HP laptop, I have been buying only HP. This version didn't disappoint either.

I am very satisficed with this computer. The solid state is good, the speed is very good, never have a problem with memory and love that it can be a touch screen table or a just the right size laptop. On the bad side, it puts out more heat then expected and the monitor quality is a little low. But overall, I and good with this purchase and would buy another.

Bought this computer a little less than a month ago and so far it has met our expectations in every way. Have not taken it out of S mode yet, but will probably do so in the future. Not too heavy that our college student is able to take with her to school and work. Bought the computer and then it went on sale for $100 cheaper a week later. Took my receipt to best buy and they refunded me the difference. Great customer service.

Its very nice and light, easy to pack and go! The 2-1 feature makes it concurrent just about anywhere!! The only issue I've ran into is some apps that I couldn't get because mine is in S mode! I figured it how to change it but if you turn in out of s mode, you can't go back and that makes me nervous so I havent done it! That's the only negative I've had so far!!
