This pc completely works perfect for all my needs.

We were looking for a new laptop for our daughter for school. For the price this one has alot of nice features. While my daughter was looking and comparing the difference between the other laptops I was going through this one, she actually decided that she wanted this one. I liked it enough to buy one for myself to replace my 10 year old very slow laptop.

Great product, fast responsiveness, light weight, and perfect size.

I’m happy with this laptop for the cost and functionality. The one thing I don’t like about it is the color contrast on the screen. I only had it less than a month and only use it periodically so I have not tried to see if there is a way to make the screen sharper. But overall good laptop.

It's a really nice lap top. Very easy to set up and start using. The price was nice as well. Bestbuy customer service was nice as well. I would recommend the store and the computer to my family and friends. I feel I received a great deal and great customer service. I guess you can say I'm a satisfied customer.

Awesome computer. Touch screen. Easy to use and it talks back

Pros: Great for school, responsive compared to chromebook after deleting HP bloatware. Very responsive touch screen and great for Stylus pen. Cons: not having mini usb-c charging port makes the laptop outdated, the fan seems to run all the time to cool off the components heating up the left side exhaust grill. Tons of HP bloatware.

We purchased our HP Pavilion x360 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen Laptop after our first iaptop stopped working. We usually only use our laptop for e-mails and goggling information. It is not used for our jobs, school work, or other means. We are very happy with it so far and it works great. I would recommend purchasing this computer.

I'm enjoying this computer. This is my first touch screen computer and I haven't used that feature much but probably will later. I replaced my Lenovo idea pad and will never buy another Lenovo product. I had it about 16 months and it literally came apart. I also purchased it from Best Buy but the problem wasn't with Best Buy but with Lenovo.

This HP laptop with touch screen was very easy to set up and start using right away. Love the touch screen feature! The small size is perfect to take on the go. Sites loads quickly and we are very satisfied with its performance. I have always liked HP products and would recommend this laptop for both price and performance.

Exactly what I was looking for. My wife is recovering from long term ICU stay and this laptop is the prefect size for her to comfortably handle on her own. Touch screen is a good addition and the display is very sharp and clear. We are happy with this purchase.

Great computer for any school related things. Its pretty fast, havent had any slow times since ive had it yet. Only thing is i wish the screen quality was better. The screen can be pretty dim when at an angle. Other than that, its really good!

Worked great for two years, not the greatest amount of memory so you can't get too wild. Today, after dying last night and never having any previous problems with battery or charger, my screen decides to stop working.
