Great Laptop

With all of the zoom meetings that have now been required, we needed a laptop that could handle all of this and the storage for a college student. It was a good laptop and a fair price.

I'm very happy with it. The 512 GB SSD is more than I need for this application. It boots fast and the display looks very nice.

New Computer

Misadvertised fingerprint reader

At first was hesitant to buy a laptop since I always used a desktop, however, since purchasing my new laptop I’m sorry I didn’t buy one sooner.

I really like the folding feature. It gives the appearance of a tablet and a laptop. It's great!

Not fair

Laptop came in today and guess what? No fingerprint reader. While I don't know how much of a difference ce in price they are but its a priceless piece of security that I need. I am a long-time business account-holder and this is a disappoint. In order to exchange it, I have to buy another laptop and get it traded for the other laptop. So I have to pay for 2 to get the correct order for one. Being a small business owner and with this pandemic, I can not afford to pay for two laptops. How am I supposed to afford to pay for another laptop in regards to a mistake I did not make?

I love my new computer

I was looking for a new computer since my other HP stopped working. I pray that this one holds up. Its light weight, and fast. I really like it. Fingers crossed that it will last longer than the other one,

Not Worth It

Thank goodness that I purchased the extended protection. The screen came apart twice, twice it was sent to repair, still came back with the same issue. Returned it. Don’t recommend this particular model.
