Its a really good laptop small and nimble. Is pretty fast as well but it could have a bigger battery or some software that would help ot keep charge for longer periods of time. Lets say you pluged it in before bed and when you're going to bed it's 100% charge in the morning it will be around 84 to 88 percent. That is why i don't want to give it 5 stars. But when in use i was able to get about 3.5 hrs of movie time of Netflix for example. And i started like at 70 something percent. So it is pretty decent

I regret ever purchasing this laptop and wish I could return it, but it is too late. I'll have to just toss it in the trash and buy a better quality computer. This thing is junk. What a waste of money. Note that I have had it for about a month and a half. Right away I noticed a few things: (1) The battery life is AWFUL - less than 2 hours. I have to have this plugged in every time that I am using it. (2) The computer gets very very hot. I was worried that it would start a fire. (3) The laptop gets dirty very easily. (4) The materials are cheap. (5) It was already having some issues with pages loading and glitching after a few days of use. Now, about 1.5 months later, this computer looks and feels like I have had it for five years! It is SO slow. Freezes up constantly. I can hardly use it. I do use this laptop often (daily), but have never had a computer fall apart this quickly. This is my first, and last, time purchasing an HP laptop. Never again.

Purchased in 2022 on Black Friday; it's been running great with all the normal Windows updates and software. We picked it up for under $500, which is honestly where I think electronics like this should be priced. It's not a $800 laptop where you would expect 12 or 16GB of ram, but it's good enough for a large amount of daily tasks. It runs well doing things like watching UHD videos, multiple browser tabs open, Excel etc. Screen brightness could be better, but that's usually the case on all laptops. We picked up a nice laptop skin to protect the lid and wrist pad area.

The HP Pavilion laptop works great! It’s super responsive and handles everything I need it to do—and then some. Whether I’m working, streaming, or multitasking, it never misses a beat. Highly recommend!

far so good! husband bought as a xmas gift so i have just begun using it. it is easy to use and the touch screen is a nice feature. it has so many other features that i have only begun to discover!

Use it for business purposes, love it!! Ease of use, compatibility with programs, fast, performance, display is top notch, does what I need it to do and more.

Excellent family laptop. Easy to use. Does not overheat. Oure use is minimal, but so far eveything is great. Had to buy extra storage since it does not have much but not bad at all!

I've always had larger laptops but I'm sold on the extreme portability of this one. The touch screen is awesome, I'll never own another laptop without this convenience

I am not tech savvy, however this laptop is up to par for me, since I did purchased this laptop for college purpose. The backlit keyboard is a plus for me, although it may be a tad difficult to view in a well lit area— I guess it’s all on one’s preference. The battery was draining at first, up until I was able to discovered and turn on the ‘battery saver,’ it’s a lifesaver for me. Again, like I stated previously, I am not tech savvy. I did run a few games on this, it could get quite loud— only when I am playing games. Other than that, it doesn’t bother me when I am doing other things (with other applications/tabs running/open) Another thing I like and think it has its advantage is the fingerprint access. I have no trouble accessing my laptop so far with this. I would say that aside from this, I’d wish this laptop has a numeric keyboard though. Then again, it doesn’t inconvenienced me. I’ll probably update more as I go, maybe, in the long run. So far so good in my opinion.
