    This laptop has windows 10 with good configuration. Its giving some noise when I open any application and it never stop. Getting automatic shutdown with out doing anything. Doing memory scan when you restart. I think there is issue with item i received. I went to Bestubuy store and returned it for full refund.

    First time I purchased a refurbished laptop. The charger doesn't work at all, such burden !!!

  • Good machine but comes with Windows 7 NOT 10

    Just received 3 of these machines for employees and they all came loaded with Windows 7 Pro NOT Windows 10 Pro as advertised. Not a huge deal if you don't mind this but the description can be misleading if you're set on getting a Windows 10 Pro machine.
