    I purchased a Core i7 older model G3 unit and it had the common i7 problem of getting a little hot. Also, it didn't support Windows 11 even though it had TPM 2.0 because the CPU was not on the approved list of compatible processors. Getting this G5 model with newer Core i5 has really worked out well. It's a fast, quiet, and small, computer that runs Windows 11 well. I installed Windows 11 using an installation USB — made with the media creation tool from Microsoft.
