For what It cost, I am really pleased with the speed and power this computer has. There is no way to show that it isn't a new computer.

This computer is not only very well refurbished, but it also has above average hardware, such as the 2 TB hard drive. It's all set at a very attractive price for anyone looking to find a good computer to get the job done. Best for media entertainment and moderate business work.

I'm happy with this PC. It has the speed and memory I needed to run some graphic programs. It takes little space and runs quiet. Fit my needs!

I"ve had the computer a little less than a month. In that time, I have been delighted with this machine. It's fast, it has LOTS of memory, and it has 10 USB ports. This is probably the best computer I've owned. I give it 5 stars for its performance to date. The rating may change after I have more time with it, but so far, it's great. One caution: I had to work with the refurbishing company (Joy Systems, the company that sent me the machine - it didn't come from Best Buy) to get a valid activation code for Windows 10. It took over a week for the Windows disk to come in the mail. Once that problem was solved, I have enjoyed the computer very much. Maybe Best Buy can work something out with Joy Systems re the activation code for Windows. The guy at Joy Systems told me that they have the problem regularly.

Works great when I opened it up it cleaned inside it works great the price was very reasonable and delivery was fast I have been using this computer for about I think about four weeks and no problems I would recommend if you need a computer that don't cost an arm and a leg I would check into this thank you

A very pleased with the power and great features, all that with 2TB! Arrived in excellent shape and the lack of built in WIFI is easily solved I with a USB plug in.

I use alot of computer programs for coding and analytics for work and this so far has been great. Literally looks brand new when you get it. Looking to work on some video editing on this computer as well and it should be fine. Ordered online to 808

I must say this itsm is living up to all expectations and then some. The prior reviews helped me in making my decision as well. Refurbished doesn’t mean bad.

This computer exceeded my expectations for a refurbished computer. It is better than the one I built in 2006. Great buy and great value.

Great performance. Lots of memory. This was a real bargain.

The computer had a small problem when I first got it. Best Buy fixed it in one day. Runs great, haven’t had any problems senses. Small so it fits great under a desk or on top without binging in the way. Has lots of USB ports. The keyboard and mouse work and fills well.

Easy to purchase, receive and setup. Price is good for a well equipped computer.

Changed demanded due to running XP (forever)..Needed to be able to maintain Windows Defender.. And the large Ram and Hard Drive are a wonderful plus and overdue for my needs.

The OS was incomplete , corputed , and missing necessary files and extensions. No paperwork of any kind was included except 1 sheet with the product key which was incorrect. Luckily had a friend who is an IT pro and quickly saw what was wrong and was able to get it up and working like it should have out of the box!

I needed something simple for my daughter, but yet hardy enough to be a media server, this is perfect and the price is excellent!

Bought this about 2 months ago with the idea that it would replace another that was 7 years old. If you don't play games but want a relatively fast computer, this might be what you are looking for.

I was looking for an inexpensive way to replace my current desktop. This refurbished unit was priced right at under $200. You can either run a cable to hook up to the internet or purchase a USB unit for $18. It was my first time buying a refurbished computer, but no issues at all.

We bought this computer for watching Vedic Sanskrit and it works well.
