Bought this refurbished. It never ran right out of the box. I didn’t get it set up right away and missed the return time. Was told I should have bought Geek protection. Not impressed at this point. When I tried to load something by clicking on it, it would take forever then stop responding and then that page and the page I clicked from would refresh and give me an error of ‘something went wrong’, try again later. It would not download anything and would only allow me to open or save docs in notepad. They were in code every time, even post office labels.

As an Apple user with some old Windows programs that I still want to use, this machine does a great job.

I've bought refurbished items from other stores before and never had an issue. I was confident that it would be the same here at Best Buy but nope, this desktop gave me problems from day one. I used their tech support and they were helpful even getting this computer to act a bit normal. That only lasted a bit now I'm back to where I started from and now it's too late to return this item. Never expected this from Best Buy. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

I hooked up this new computer two days ago, and so far, so good. It is much faster than my old computer and the set-up was super simple. The computer arrived looking brand new. Happy to have something newer for this low price.

I had a few issues when I first received the computer (the one I have now is actually the replacement I have gotten from Best Buy) with the Windows software. Apart from reinstalling Windows and restarting I had to hard reset the computer software from control panel to make the computer run .exe files. I found this super strange and a little frustrating but the machine seems to be working perfectly now. It has a huge hard drive, runs smoothly, and it's a simple fix to make it wifi compatible. Overall, I would say it's been a great purchase for home use and simple gaming. Be sure to check other ads from Newegg and the like, Best Buy has been very good about their price match.

Bought this as a gift for my mom. I'm happy and so is she. It's fast, works great, and best of all it's excellent value.

Perfect little workstation to use at home. Half the footprint of my old Gateway. Fast shipping, arrived earlier than expected. I am really pleased with the speed and power of this machine. Arrived in excellent shape and you would never know its refurbished.

I needed to replace my old computer after a lightening strike. This refurbished computer exceeded my expectations. Much more memory, speed and easy to use and less expensive.

This computer is awesome! At first, I had trouble installing everything. Once I disabled Microsoft edge and used internet explorer, I was able to install other programs. Plenty of space and power. I am able to use multiple application and run multiple internet windows.
