Very nice computer for the price. I bought this computer as a dedicated computer to run my Christmas light show it has enough power to run the show. Only thing I did not notice was it did not have wireless nick card. But had a extra one installed it and no problem.

I am pleasantly impressed with my purchase Refurbished Compaq 8200 Elite Desktop. It arrived on time and in excellent condition. I was able to start it up and activate Windows with no problems. I've recommended refurbished products to family and friends based on how pleased i am with computer

I would recommend this computer for those who do not want too spend a lot money. It has worked great for my office and have not an issue with it.

Went into recovery mode after 1st shutdown. Asked the techs if it was warrantied for such and they told me to bring it down. Drove 1 1/2 hrs down to be told they cannot re-boot for no less than what I paid for it. Crap warranty and crappy communication skills from the techs. Horrible communication skills and only wanted to sell me a full tech fix for as year. How about some actual customer service instead.

At only 1 wk old it now freezes on a blue screen. How horrible for BB to sell this desktop with issues like this and then tell me "sorry there is nothing we can do because you opened the box". Really?? How else would I know if it's junk if I don't open the box and use it. Now I have to go and buy my daughter yet another computer because this one won't stop freezing which forces her to unplug the computer in order to get it to turn off. Ridiculous!!!!

Bought this computer for my son and he's very pleased with it! The specs are what he was looking for and the tech support are great!

the pc not work, noisy hard drive, the video signal never work. finally i need to return the equipment. they cant fixed because is a refurbished pc. I received my money back.

It seemed to be everything i was looking for...only to learn that the computer was completely slow. Online games freeze constantly. If you are looking for just a simple computer, this is okay.

This is a solid PC especially for this price. Not quite as small of case as I expected, but it is more compact than standard desktop. So far running well and working solid.

This PC runs very well and has 8GB of ram. Great if you are doing light gaming. Ilove that is comes with WIN. 10 PRO.

this desktop is just what is needed for our uses. all specs are just right and the price is great!

Though my old computer was just working fine, I needed this to have a 64-bit version of Windows to run the software I needed to use. So far it seems to work great and the speed change is noticeable. I initially had some speed issues, but they don't seem to be related to this product (if you can avoid using Centurylink do so at all costs!).
