Was a gift for my husband. He is very happy with it. Fast enough for games, no lag time. Unfortunately his older games like Civilization are not compatible, but always seems to be the case with computers. We stayed away from refurbished products but so far this has improved our impression of buying such. Keep up the good work!

It's perfect for what the purpose I bought it. Makes a little more noise than I thought it would but not too bad.

the computer works great, set up was easy. But they did provide the wrong power cord so I couldn't plug it in. I ended up using the cord from my old computer. Also the provided keyboard was super light weight and cheap and the F2 key was broken and can not be repaired.

After ordering, then waiting for a week for it to get here, then driving down to pick it up, waiting there in line , then hooking it up just to find out that the hard drive is no good in it and it won't boot, I have to say that it was not worth the trouble I am having to go through to get the hard drive for a computer that is really NEEDED by our non-profit org..

My main complaint is it did not come with a mouse! They supplied a really cheap keyboard, but no mouse. How do you run a box without one?

Only negative - had to add a wireless adapter. Otherwise great - Kids doing school projects and checking emails - Great value for the money.

My sister actually had me buy this. I had another one of hers. She wants this one on her protection plan . I can seem to get it there for her.. So no Geek Squad protection.

Windows 10 is kind of a challenge at first. Only thing I do not like is this has no wireless connection. Only phone or Ethernet.

Came with brand new mouse and keyboard, excellent working computer. Totally worth the price, has all the bells and whistles I was looking for, lots of space.

Arrived early. However the item did not work and had to be sent in to be repaired. It arrived before april. And I still have not received the "repaired" one back... almost month now
