Good and inexpensive

Good machine, but really kind of slow

My HP laptop is lightning fast compared to this desktop. We use it for web surfing and document creation. This would not be a good machine for gaming.

Works beautifully

I did not need an entire new desktop, but enjoy the visibility of a full screen and full keyboard so chose to shop for a replacement tower. This one has worked out beautifully for my needs.

Defective computer

Have to wait 2 weeks to have someone look at it under my extended warranty. While my child has no computer for his on line school. So will have to purchase something else and will not purchase from Best Buy again due to this issue. I have been a customer for at least 20 years but no more.....

Great Refurb HP

This refurb'ed HP was just what I was looking for. It has been running for 3 weeks now without any issues. Hopefully it will keep on running without any major issues.
