Poor service

They mailed me the same exact one because the same part dont work. Now I have to take time out of my busy schedule to go back up there and take it back again. Hopefully next time I wont get the same one again.

Since day one I have experienced very slow response to loading websites, emails, everything. I can't type an email without wait for the computer to respond and then its like a letter at a time. This shouldn't be this way!

Seems like 8 months after buying it it was boarderline unable to up date such an old version. It had do-do for even playing a CD. How dumb - How Cheap. Is this what your Momma taught you how to be??

It came at a shockingly low price for all of the performance that it offered with few hitches that customer support resolved right away.
