I was searching for a cheap "starter" PC that I could use for game capture via the Elgato game capture and this PC works fairly well for this. The specs are within range of using and I can even export in 1080 60fps although I usually 1080 30fps. I'm thoroughly pleased thus far with the performance.

This HP Desktop is super great. It is extremely fast and looks brand new. I replaced an older HP running Windows 7 with this new wonder. I do NOT miss Win 7 and love the speed of this PC. I bought one of the refurb HP's for my son and it looked new as well. We have had no issues with either machine. Best Buys Rules!

This computer has amazing processing speed. I love that it has all of the expansion slots so I can upgrade whenever I feel like it, without having to put out the money for another tower. Definitely worth the money and you can't tell it is refurbished at all.

I use this as my back up computer. It's really good for the price I paid.

Took it out of the box and plugged it in and away I went. Fast, and no extra garbage pre-loaded on the pc. Could not be happier.

This is a stripped down I5. No wireless so expect to add the price of a USB wifi; I paid $45.00 for a this. It's as advertised. I don't give it more stars as it's not a 4 or 5 star computer. I feel it's certainly worth the money I paid.

I was looking to replace my "old" desktop PC and this all of the specs I" need for how I use it. Price was right and even the Geek Squad gave me a thumbs up

The computer works great. It has a decent performance for it's specifications. The price point was amazing.

seems to be running good, webroot identifies a graphic memory problem, don't know what that means

After 4 hours it started acting up. After shutting it down it was difficult to start it again. Completed my install (6 hours in total). It wouldn't turn on. Went to Best buy geek squad. They tried once and didn't even want to change the power supply. Claimed they get 40% returns on their refurbs. Lesson: DO NOT GET A REFURB FROM ANYONE.

The specs of this computer are fantastic for the low price. Quick shipping to my door and the computer is exactly as advertised! Easy to setup and use! Slight case damage but its refurbished and to be somewhat expected. These scratches do not affect performance in anyway.

This is the first time I ever purchased a refurbished computer. I was pleased with the condition of the computer when I took it out of the box. It has a couple of very slight flaws in the case, but you would have to look close to see them. Installing Windows 10 was easy thanks to the instructions taped to the computer. All my additional hardware installed easily. Although a mouse and keyboard came with the computer, I chose to keep my old mouse and keyboard because I am so comfortable with them.

I was really surprised how good this thing is. It does everything I need and is straightforward to operate. I am computer illiterate and needed help with some very basic stuff. I called the service department at Joy Systems (the refurbisher) and the person who picked up the phone after 3 rings was able to answer all my questions within a few minutes. This is much better than any of the larger computer dealers.

Arrived fast, set up and worked perfectly from the start and going strong now.

I really just needed a computer for my kids to do homework on and this computer works perfectly especially for the price. I did however have to buy a $15 wireless Wi-Fi connector as this does not have one. I didn’t even know they made desktops without wireless Wi-Fi haha.

Received my purchase quickly. Upgraded to Window 10 Pro smoothly. Startup was simple, and system runs great! I am extremely happy with my purchase.
