However, most of the drivers of the softwares installed in the computer needed updating and I had to buy a Winzip Driver Updater to do it. Likedwise, I had to personally install a Microsoft or Windows software, which was fortunately free, to be able to configure and make my HP Printer's fax and scanner work. Except for the frequent ads that keeps interrupting me when I am online, I am happy and satisfied with the product and I a good deal with the price.

Works great, no problems

Everything was as I expected and ready to go, very fast system the disk drive is not super quite, but hey with all that storage and speed can't complain and would recommend and purchase again.

refurbished not a great choice

Not sure what exactly was "refurbished", but this was not a happy morning. On the other hand, Best Buy exceeded their 15 day! return policy under the circumstances and gave me full credit for an exchange of a new out of box PC.

A very good simple desktop
