Tech support is awful!

There is a number to call for tech support. Ever time I got to the head of the line I would be disconnected. To finally reach a tech it took 75 minutes. The tech had me go into the bios settings but wasn't sure what to do. The computer turns itself on randomly. On my own I found an advanced setting that had the computer turning on the bios at 8:30 every night.

Disappointed with Desktop

I love Best Buy, We buy all our electronics from them, but this was a huge mistake. But in BB fashion they took it back and I bought something different, NEW, that we love.

Great Computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My great uncle who is in his mid 90's (yes he uses a computer!) needed a new computer and this was the perfect option. Inexpensive, easy to set up, and works great. The fact it comes with a warranty too is awesome. It came with Windows 10 and easy instructions on how to register the product.

Hard drive crashed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this computer in may, the hard drive crashed in October. took it to a friend who does repairs to find the hard drive couldn't be reset. Best buy, HP, & joysystems.com did nothing but try to send me to each other. threw the computer in the trash & bought a Lenovo from office max. don't waste your time or money !!
