I purched this computer for my grand children to play video games. It was 8 gb and a great price and it keeps them off my computer.

We bought four of these, one was bad out of the box. They exchanged it quickly with no fuss. It is about two years now and they are all still going, 24/7

Omg it’s amazing I would recommend it for anyone who love a nice pc you can other custom parts but you need a small graphics card since there something covering the cpu

This computer was purchased to replace one that was hacked. While it has some cosmetic imperfections it does all that i needed it to do and seems to work well.

I purchased these computers for my home office. I love it. Speed is good I used mostly for internet and word processing. If you need a alternative to new computer and need Windows 10 Pro. then this should do the trick. Very happy with this purchased.

Good starter computer for a middle schooler or freshman in high school. Great for basic computing. Expandable.

Delivered on time and as ordered. Mfg. software missing made start up very difficult.

I’d like to think that I know how to work a computer. But this thing is junk. It has a hard time downloading anything, iTunes won’t update and when I ask for technical help, I’m told not to use Microsoft edge. But I’m not using it, so look for another excuse.

First off, for a refurbished computer it looks literally like a brand new computer. Packaged securely and neatly, with clear, concise documentation on setup. Obvious attention to detail. My thoughts are if care was given to outside, same care given to the inside as well, which it was! The 8GB RAM memory (which is fine for most people) more than enough ofr fast internet access/processing, plenty of UBS ports, quiet operation, and the 500GB is virtually impossible to exceed. And, wow- for the price this is a hands down/slam dunk to get. (Only "drawback is no wireless access, which alot of desktops dont have. Simple solution- just buy a $25 wireless adapter and, now you have wireless!) Bottomline, Microsolf authorized reseller Joy Systems did a FANTASTIC job with this PC!

Received earlier than stated. Packaged well. Nice outer shell. Easy to set up. Works well. For the price, can't be beat!! Definitely recommend this computer!

My old XP unit was becoming unusable so I started looking for an inexpensive Windows 10 unit. I compared prices and specs. Found this unit more than met my needs and did not cost me an arm and a leg. After I worked through a few operation hiccups it is working great and I am increasing the RAM to 16GB. Unit looked new with no scratches or dents. It also has plenty of USB outlets for everything you could ever need.

HP refurbished desktop delivers all that is needed for a non-power user. Internet browsing, e-mail, etc. All at a great price. Lots of USB ports plus Windows 10. It even came with Office 2016, although it needed to be licensed. Default browser was Edge which is not very good at all, but once I got Chrome installed all was good. Found all peripherals with no problem. Very simple setup!

I work from home and my personal computer is getting old. I needed a work only computer, this one meets all the company's requirements. Shipping was much faster than the website stated. That greatly helped me. Thanks

At a price point that fits most budgets I find that this set up serves it purpose admirably

I received this this morning, a full day before expected. The computer was packaged beautifully and looked brand new. I was also suprised that it came with a keyboard and mouse. My old monitor, speakers and printer connected with no problem. I was able to use the computer within 30 minutes.. It's fast, quiet and I'm very happy with the purchase.
