Q: What is the rpm of the hard drive 5400 or 7200. Please advise, Thank You
A: It's a ST500DM002-1BD142 -- I really have no idea. It works fine for me: Office work, multiple windows. I'm not a gamer and watch only a few video shorts.
Q: I see it comes with 8 gb memory what can it be upgraded to and how many memory slots does it have?
A: It is refurbished so I cannot be sure that the components are the same as the original but it should support atleast 16GB of RAM.
Q: what accessories come with this. Also is a DVD enclosed.
A: Comes with an AC power cord and new generic keyboard and mouse. There isn't a system restore DVD, but there is a 1-year warranty statement from the Microsoft authorized refurbisher. There is also an easy to understand Activation/Restore Guide that comes with it as well as toll-free phone number to tech support if you encounter any problems. I had no problems setting it up and I'm very happy so far. Easily runs multiple applications. Internet experience is much improved.

A: Any of the FM2 AMD processors should work.

A: This does not have that feature.
Q: am i able to upgrade the ram at a later date if I choose to?
A: Unfortunately no, this model does not support any more RAM.
Q: Would I be able to take this apart and modify some of the specs to make is better for gaming?
A: Depending on your upgrades, you may want to invest in a better desktop and either make minor upgrades, or invest in a pre-built unit.
