This machine more than meets my needs, with its processor, hard drive, and Windows 8.1, which has a big learning curve for me. I wanted something that I wouldn't have to worry about (as in upgrading) for a long time, and this has met the match. Bought it refurbished. Had some annoying web page glitches (latency), which took about a week to resolve. It was something with the wireless keyboard and mouse, but it works fine now.

Love this tower!!! Why spend the money on brand new when you can buy something like this that is just as good as new!? I run a lot of photo editing software and this definitely has enough ram and hardrive space for all of that. I've never had a computer run this fast and smoothly.

I bought this computer as a primary work desktop. I got it and set it up and it is just very slow. Not what I would expect for a computer with these specs. After about a week I was just fed up with having a brand new slow computer so I sold it, bought an iMac, and I will never have a windows computer ever again.

I was worried at first since this was a refurbished computer but everything was perfect. I would not even think twice before buying another refurbished item from Best Buy. As for the computer itself, well, it's an HP and works just like an HP should, perfectly. It was easy to set up even with the wireless keyboard and mouse and I was online within the first 5 minutes. In my opinion HP and Best Buy are a great combo. This was not my first HP from Best Buy and won't be my last.

They did not have the I5 which I order so they sent one with a different processor. I'm considering returning it.

This system provides all the power needed to do some serious photo editing at an incredibly affordable price. Great value for the money.

Bought this computer to upgrade my current station and it was a huge improvement

We received the machine within 3 days of placing the order. First problem, downloading locked up, problems getting rid of the pop-up ads, had to defrag it, but the icing on the cake was this morning when computer indicated it needed a new operating system. It looked to me like the “refurbishing crew” was on lunch break when this machine went through the assembly line. Not a lot tech support can do with a black screen. The tech support people were very helpful (except for the one that told me to go on line and troubleshoot my problem and promptly hung up on me. I was NOT abrasive or foul mouthed!) We returned the machine and have been advised they will send us a replacement. I am hoping for a better and brighter computer experience. I would still recommend Best Buy to a friend even with this one bad experience. We will see how the replacement performs.

As I set it up, and there was no video from the DVI, or VGA outputs. returned it for refund
