Easy to order. was ship to my door. Easy to setup. I`m having one issue when I try to download files, manuals.The system seems to keep trying to download the same file over and over. I need to close browser and start over. there is a issue with downloads.

Great value, compact, acceptable speed, Hard drive space acceptable.

Bought this to replace my 10 year old desktop. Works well. Allows ny son to zoom, play games and watch movies much faster and has decent memory. Good deal so far

i ordered this for my son for distant learning as our old one was too slow. It wasnt supposed to arrive til wednesday of next week but i received it today. My son was able to take it out of the box and hook it up to monitor with no problems. He had it hooked up and through setup in less than 15 mi utes and everything is running smoothly now.

Ordered in beginning June, had to wait to sent up until Geek Squad could download old hard drive which due to COVID couldnt get appointment until beginning of July already past 14day return policy I didnt know about, after I got it back had it 2 weeks & power went out which computer then would not turn on, called Geek Squad they said they couldnt fix or even send out for parts it was too old. Not sure why they would sell computer they couldnt get parts for?? But told me I would have to buy another, no money back.

My wife uses her computer sparingly, mainly for playing simple games. It was time to replace the computer she had, so I looked for the cheapest we could find. The first thing we noticed is that the computer would turn on by itself, no particular schedule, sometimes hours after it was shut off, sometimes days later. Called support and they suggested we set to default settings which we did and so far so good. Don't know why we had to since we never changed the settings when we got the computer. The other issue is that the computer would not read a disc, which my computer would read. Again, guess I can't complain for the money. Would not buy a refurbished if I had to rely on the computer. Just not worth the risk. Will say the refurbishers support was good.

Does not supply output for a hd monitor . doesn't function correctly when using chrome, I come back to it and windows have closed on there own randomly. would not buy again.

Performs fast even with multiple apps running. Great Value especially when reconditioned up to factory specs. Highly recommended.

Needed to replace parents desktop PC really didn’t need anything expensive since they only check emails. It was a good deal for the money

The condition of the Tower besides a slight cosmetic dent, was fine...My issue is that the computer DIDN'T come with Windows 10 install, which it should have... Therefore if I don't spend money to have something that should've already came with Window's installed, then my computer will eventually be effected in terms of the performance. Good luck trying to get in contact with a Best Buy Rep over the phone...

Easy set-up ,work fast when you program settings and download great.

This desktop is a lot faster than my old HP. I do miss Microsoft Office but I am able to use Word and Excel without purchasing the yearly subscription. I would definitely purchase this again.

Is a great home computer if you just like web searching.

First time buying a refurbished desktop. So far, so good. The keyboard and mouse are cheap but I had my own anyway. Easy setup. Everything you normally get with a new PC was included. Would recommend.

I am very satisfied with my new computer, the graphics are really good and plenty of storage for my games and music

just setup my refurbished unit yesterday and it started up fine with no issues. 1 year warranty included so i feel good about the support. packaged nicely and the exterior of the unit is in excellent shape.

We've never purchased a "refurbished" computer and were surprised the packaging appeared to be right from the factory and that it looked brand new. This is working perfect for our 2nd computer (in the shop).

I received my computer a day early and have been impressed with it so far. It is everything I wanted. No problems at all.
