I was hesitant about buying a refurbished Desktop. This works great and was easy to install.

i am very happy with the refurbished desk top i bought from best but. it is so muchfaster then my old one. it was very affordable.

considering it is a refurb computer i was very apprehensive. but so far so good. works great. glad i chose best buy.

I have 10 of the PC systems. 2 of the hard drives did not work. They were replaced the next day.

No problem so far, but the fan does make a little noise (low enough).

The HP desktop came quick with no damage, and was very easy to install. It comes with a good keyboard and mouse that is very helpful if you don't own one already. Its a great desktop, and I recommend this to buy.

Could not get it to hook up to the internet through wireless. With my set up that was the only option. Tried lots of options, even called the Geek Squad (I had taken their warranty help) and the guy even helped a bit ( even though the warranty is for hardware I discovered) but still not able to get it connected. Called and got permission to return. NO cost to me. I did, now have the credit.

It’s been a week now, and so far so good. Getting used to Win 10 is fun but other than that, it’s been smooth sailing....

I was lucky enough to find an open box! Although, used as a back up...great

Upon receiving PC, it was damaged on the top rear bending whole top of PC to the right. Still worked. Also, keyboard was damaged having to tape it to keep cables from pulling out. very disappointing.

Ordered on 6/15/20, received it early on 6/22/20. I didn't set it up immediately because I was waiting on my monitor then finding the right cords. Set it up on the 9th and it worked great for about 4 hrs then refused to load. I called Geek Squad who said they couldn't help and no area stores were taking appointments. I was told to call the store. Geek Squad their told me it was past their return policy and suggested I call the manufactor or customer service. I took it to the store where they did give me a refund. Be careful they have 14 day return policy....

When I turned on my computer for the first time, it went Blue Screen and froze my computer. I contacted Tech Support (Not GEEK Squad), Was #16 on the on hold wait list (over 45 Min) to get a receptionist who gave me a case # and said someone would call me within 24 hours...never heard from anyone. Returned computer to store.

Unit would not pair with two different Blue Tooth transmitters.

Returned this item as it didn't work right! The keyboard and mouse didn't "talk" to the computer.

I ordered this PC to use for a Minecraft server for me and a couple friends. There were a couple referbished PCs that we’re cheaper, but none of them were close to the CPU and memory specs this had. Everything has been running flawlessly since we turned it on. I can’t comment on the graphics, but I would imagine it is average since it is an on-board and there isn’t any space for a decent graphics card. I would recommend this for anything other than a gaming PC.

just needed to upgrade older computer to Win10. This was a very good option vs the OS upgrade. Seems to run fine for the apps that I use, Office, Quicken,etc.
